My computer is a goner, lost everything :( Apparently if I would have dropped it in a pool or tossed it the ocean the cost would have been covered by my warranty.
But the geeks said for this issue it would cost a cool $350 to fix
Um, I paid $350 FOR my computer why the hell would I pay it twice? Luckily I am semi tech savvy and also got the inside scoop from an adorable older geek that said I could really do it myself...
